Setting objectives of quality, product safety, environment, occupational health and safety (KPI)

Since Shoei Plastic (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has implemented the ISO system, we have set the objectives of quality, product safety, environment, occupational health and safety (KPI) to relevant departments which are to be used to measure the results of work performance as follows:

HR	Personnel recruitment within the speciﬁed time ≥ 80 % (Employees within 15 days, Staffs within 30 days, Sup-Manager within 45 days)
HR	Training according to plan ≥ 80 %
HR	Control the inspection of personal hygiene of employees according to the speciﬁed plan 100%.
IT	Perform IT system maintenance according to plan ≥ 80 %
MN	Perform preventive maintenance according to plan ≥ 80%
PD	Control the product production process (Blow) according to plan ≥ 80 %
PD	Control the amount of waste (Blow) ≤ 5 %
PD	Control the product production process (Cutting) according to plan ≥ 80 %
PD	Control the amount of waste (Cutting) ≤ 5 %
PD	Plan the ordering of main raw materials for production correctly and on time ≥ 80%
PD	Swab test results of production employees passing the speciﬁed criteria 100% (clean room)
PD	Swab test results for production machinery and equipment passed the speciﬁed criteria 100% (clean room)
PU	Seller delivers on time. (Main raw material) ≥ 80%
PU	Control the purchase of main raw materials so that no food fraud problems are found 100%.
QC	Number of quality complaints that result in product claims ≤ 3 times per month.

SM	Customer satisfaction (regular orders) ≥ 80%

WH	Accuracy of ﬁnished goods stock ≥ 90 %
WH	Deliver products correctly and on time ≥ 80 %
DC	Documents must be 100% current.

MR	Conduct internal audit according to plan 100%.
